1. Who we are. This website is run by Norvex Builders LLC, a Utah licensed general contractor (DOPL Lic. #14296089-5501), 212 E Crossroads Blvd Ste 657, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. "We" and "us" mean Norvex Builders LLC. By using this site or our forms, you agree to these terms.
2. Using this website. You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or submit false information.
3. Norvex Cares newsletter. Our Norvex Cares monthly home-maintenance newsletter is free and opt-in. You only receive it if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email or by contacting us.
4. How we use your information. When you fill out a form on our site, on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), on Google (including Google Ads lead forms), or through an ad, we use your information to contact you about your request. If you opted in, we also send you the newsletter. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Third-party advertisers and recommended providers. Our site or newsletter may include ads from, or recommendations of, other businesses. They are independent companies. Norvex does not endorse or guarantee their products, services, or work, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
6. Maintenance tips are general information. Tips and articles we share are general information, not professional advice for your home. Every home is different. Use them at your own risk, and contact a qualified professional before doing work you're unsure about.
7. No contract or estimate. Nothing on this site, in the newsletter, or in a form response creates a contract, estimate, or price commitment. Any work we do is governed only by a written work order signed by you and Norvex Builders.
8. Intellectual property. The content, logos, photos, and design of this site belong to Norvex Builders or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written OK.
9. Limitation of liability. This site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Norvex Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this site, the newsletter, or any third-party provider.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
