Who rebuilds my home after water damage in Lehi and Utah County?

Norvex Builders (DOPL Lic. #14296089-5501) rebuilds homes after water damage from leaks, burst pipes, appliance failures and roof leaks. Once your mitigation company has dried the home, we replace drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim and paint so the space matches the rest of the house. We work in Lehi, Draper, American Fork, Highland, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Orem, Provo and the greater Salt Lake and Utah County area.

What we rebuild after water damage

  • Wet-cut drywall and insulation, plus tape, texture and paint

  • Flooring that was pulled out, with transitions matched to the rooms next to it

  • Base cabinets and toe kicks removed for drying, and countertops if needed

  • Baseboards, casing, doors and trim

  • Vanity, tub and shower areas damaged by a supply-line or drain leak

We do not do water extraction, drying or mitigation. Your mitigation company handles extraction and drying, and Norvex Builders rebuilds after.

Matching what you already have

Water damage often hits one room while the rest of the house stays fine. We work to match texture, paint color, trim profiles and flooring so the repair blends in. When an exact match is not available, we explain your options before work starts.

Working with your insurance adjuster

We write a detailed repair estimate covering each room affected, share it with your adjuster, and document any added damage we find for review. Coverage decisions are made by your carrier.

From mitigation handoff to final walkthrough

  1. Your mitigation company confirms the area is dry.

  2. We inspect, measure and photograph the affected rooms.

  3. We write the repair estimate and coordinate it with your adjuster.

  4. We schedule trades and order matching materials.

  5. We rebuild, keeping dust and work areas contained.

  6. We do a final walkthrough with you.
